The best way to get support is by email. We're a small team and we respond personally — no ticket queue, no bot.

What to include

If you're reporting a problem, the following helps us get to the bottom of it quickly:

  • What you were trying to do
  • What happened instead
  • The browser and device you were using
  • Any error message shown (a screenshot is fine)

For questions about your data, account, or anything privacy-related, the same address applies.


Common questions

How do I access Casabeza? Casabeza is currently in closed beta. If you'd like access, join the waitlist.

Can I export my data? Yes. Data export is available from within the application at any time. If you need help with this, contact us and we'll walk you through it.

How do I delete my account? Email hi@casabeza.com with the subject "Account deletion". We'll action the request within 30 days as per our privacy policy.

I have a feature suggestion. We'd like to hear it. Drop us a line with as much context as you have — what you were trying to do and what would have made it easier.
