Three tiers, no surprises

Casabeza is free to start. You don't need a payment method to try it, and the free tier is genuinely useful — not a crippled demo.

Exact prices are being finalised ahead of general access. The structure below is fixed.

Free

Up to 99 tracked items.

Everything works. Full inventory, tasks and maintenance scheduling, labels, numerics, bills, share views, projects, lists — the complete system, with one limit: the number of items you can track.

99 items is enough to catalogue the things that matter most in a typical home. Major appliances, tools, consumables you restock regularly, fixtures worth tracking. Most households will find this sufficient to get a clear sense of what Casabeza can do.

No credit card required. No trial period. No features locked behind a paywall.

Household

Unlimited items. One location.

The full system with no item ceiling. Everything in the free tier, plus as many inventory entries as your home actually contains.

Priced to be a modest monthly household expense — comparable to a streaming subscription, not a business software licence.

Pricing to be confirmed. Beta participants receive preferential terms.

Property

Unlimited items. Multiple locations.

For households managing more than one property — landlords with a portfolio, holiday let owners, anyone maintaining several buildings under one account.

Includes everything in the Household tier across all your locations: separate inventories, task schedules, maintenance histories, and share views per property, all accessible from a single account.

Pricing to be confirmed. Available on request during beta — get in touch.

Notes

  • All tiers include all features — there are no feature-gated add-ons
  • Pricing is per household account, not per user or per device
  • Your data is yours regardless of tier — export is always available
  • Downgrading from a paid tier to Free will not delete your data, but items above the 99 limit become read-only until the count is reduced
