How Casabeza handles your household data.
Casabeza collects the information you enter into the system — inventory records, maintenance logs, purchase history, bill records, and related household data. We also collect standard account information (email address, household name) necessary to provide the service.
We do not collect behavioural analytics, advertising identifiers, or data about how you use the application beyond what is needed to operate it.
Your household data is used solely to provide the Casabeza service to you. It is not sold, shared with third parties, or used to build advertising profiles. There is no ad-supported model and no data brokering.
Your data is stored on infrastructure we control and is not replicated to third-party cloud providers. We use standard encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest. Access to production data is restricted to essential personnel only.
You can export your data at any time from within the application. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us. We will action deletion requests within 30 days.
