Casabeza is in closed beta
The system is running and in active use. We're expanding access gradually — not because the software is fragile, but because we want to be genuinely useful to each household we bring on board rather than signing up accounts and leaving them to figure it out.
Beta participants get:
- Full access to the entire platform — inventory, tasks, labels, numerics, share views, everything
- Direct contact with the team — feedback goes straight to the people building it
- Preferential pricing when general access opens
- A say in what gets built — early users have shaped the product significantly and will continue to
What to expect in beta
Casabeza is stable and used daily by real households. That said:
- The interface is refined as we learn from real use — things move and improve
- Some features are newer than others and may have rough edges
- We'll occasionally ask how something is working for you
We won't break your data. Everything entered during beta will carry over intact.
How to request access
Get in touch with a sentence or two about your household — roughly what you're hoping to use it for. We'll get back to you within a few days.
There's no automated signup yet. We onboard each household personally.
Is Casabeza right for you?
It works best for households that:
- Own a home (or manage a rental property) and want to keep proper records
- Have consumables worth tracking — cleaning products, filters, staples
- Do recurring maintenance and want a schedule that actually sticks
- Have more than one person managing the space
- Would benefit from being able to share property information with tenants, tradespeople, or guests without giving anyone account access
If you're on the fence, have a look at the features or read the introduction to get a clearer picture of what Casabeza does.
